Diva is a multi-awarded global maritime professional who began her career on the high seas in 2007. Born and raised from humble beginnings in a small rural town in Tuguegarao, Cagayan, this seafarer leads high performing teams that serve the world's busiest and largest cruise ships.

As consistent driver of cruise line financial goals and guest satisfaction ratings, she manages annual multi-million dollar budgets
serving over 6000 international guests every week. She creates
succession plans and policies, and trains  high-performing global teams on hospitality, sales, customer service, and leadership.

In 2017, Image Corp, the world’s leading cruise ship photography
concessionaire, awarded her Manager of the Year for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. The accolade was "in recognition of her overall leadership, including her ability to drive
sales and production performance, develop direct reports and other
leaders, execute company initiatives, build productive relationships
with onboard revenue partners, and significant contributions to the
organization."

In 2018, she received the People's Excellence Award from Image in "recognition of her Visionary Guidance, Outstanding Leadership, Dedication, and Commitment to the Development of Strong Teams onboard.”

In May 2018, Royal Caribbean recognized her as Leader of the Month on their record-breaking vessel, Harmony of the Seas, besting hundreds of striped officers in the mega cruise ship. 

In 2019, she delivered the keynote for the graduating class of Canadian Tourism and Hospitality Institute.

In 2020, she authored two books through her own publishing company, Divine Destinations: How to Do Lonely and 50 Bible Verses that Dispel Doubt, which is launched at the historic Manila International Book Fair, the biggest literary event in the Philippines.
